I just went to bed and let it rock me to sleep! Awoke on Saturday morning to clearing skies and calming seas. The weather just got better as the weekend progressed. Water and air temps were both in the mid 80's. The reefs are vibrant and healthy. No evidence of coral bleaching. The few white patches I saw were the result of grazing by parrot fish. Visibilities were in the 80 foot range throughout the trip. Saw (and photographed) an 8 foot silky shark that swam right up to me on the HI-389 platform dive. Mantas played around the boat on Sunday while we were doing our surface intervals but were gone by the time we got back into the water. All the usual reef critters (morays, angelfish,jacks, cleaner shrimp, gobies, creole fish, blue runners, etc.) were in great abundance. The boat performed flawlessly, as did the crew. There were no problems of any kind during the trip. Actually, the food was so good that I ate too much. THAT could be considered a problem but I survived it!! Can't wait for the next trip. |

The diving is great, crew is on the spot and the food...You will end up gaining lbs.,very good and plentiful. great job by all. the corals, the fish, and 6 1/2hrs. of bottom time in a weekend. oh, and thank you fling weather gods! |

Woke up Saturday morning to calm seas and no current the whole weekend!. The Flower gardens have some of the most vibrant healthy coral I have ever seen. I suggest only divers with at least 20 previous dives to go. Navigation skills a must. Excellent crew on boat. |

All I can say is WOW! Hands down the best value you will find, the diving, food, and crew were second to none, before you dive Cozumel,etc, check these guys out, you won't believe your eyes when you hit the water, how can this be Texas diving!
